Benefits of Attending Wisconsin Servant Leadership Roundtables & Events

What Are WISL Roundtables?

WISL Roundtables are monthly discussions facilitated by volunteers committed to the principles of servant leadership. These sessions are designed to foster growth, reflection, and community among participants. Some roundtables are in-person while others are virtual. Each roundtable follows a structured format:

  • Two-breath introductions: Brief personal introductions to set the stage.
  • Topic framing: The facilitator introduces the discussion topic.
  • Open discussion: Participants share experiences and perspectives.
  • Key takeaways: Each attendee reflects on a personal insight gained.

Topics vary monthly, focusing on aspects like “listening to understand” and the role of persuasion in leadership. These discussions deepen understanding and application of servant leadership principles while connecting with like-minded individuals. We invite you to join us at one of our monthly roundtables
