Allison Wagner

Allison Wagner
Allison Wagner is the Executive Director of All-In Milwaukee, a college completion and career placement program transforming the future of Wisconsin’s workforce. With 25 years of nonprofit management experience, Allison is a passionate advocate for educational equity and opportunity. After graduating from UW–Madison and Harvard University, she held leadership roles at the American Institutes for Research and New Leaders in Washington, D.C., Boston, and Chicago, dedicating her career to ensuring every child receives a high-quality education.
When Allison moved to Milwaukee, she was struck by the lack of workforce diversity and representation among leaders of color. In 2018, she had the opportunity to launch All-In Milwaukee to address this challenge. Under her leadership, the organization has grown from an idea into a movement supporting 600 current scholars and 140 graduates. Scholars are 100% limited-income, 99% students of color, and 87% first-generation, with 90% persisting to graduation, 84% graduating debt-free, and 91% staying in Wisconsin’s workforce. To date, All-In Milwaukee has raised over $30 million, with plans to grow to 1,000 total scholars annually by 2029.
Allison is the proud wife of Alex and mom of two high schoolers. She spends her free time cheering on their activities, hosting their teams, fundraising for school projects and playing as much tennis and pickle as she can.
Edith Hudson
Edith Hudson is a longtime practitioner of servant leadership with more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement. She spent 25 years with the Milwaukee Police Department and currently serves as the Chief of Police at Marquette University, a role she has held for the past seven years. Her leadership philosophy centers on service, accountability, and developing others to lead with integrity.

Charonda Oliphant
Charonda Oliphant serves as the Director of Scholar Success at All-In Milwaukee, where she leads the Scholar Success team and oversees programming and systems that support more than 600 scholars as they persist through college and prepare for their careers.
Raised in Milwaukee’s 53210 ZIP code, Charonda was once told college might not be the right path for her. Encouraged by mentors who saw her potential, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and later a Master of Education in Educational Policy and Leadership from Marquette University.
Her career has focused on supporting students in navigating education and career pathways. She previously served as a Career Counselor in Career Services at Marquette University and as Manager of Student Relations for the Corporate Work Study Program at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Milwaukee.
Today, at All-In Milwaukee, Charonda works alongside a dedicated team to ensure scholars have the resources, guidance, and encouragement needed to persist through college and launch meaningful careers.
Guided by her core values of Enlightenment, Encouragement, and Empowerment, Charonda remains deeply committed to expanding pathways to higher education and opportunity. Outside of her professional work, she is a wife and mother of three who enjoys spending quiet time reading.
