To me, it speaks to the “Grit and Compassion” in Servant Leadership.
This posting is based on the research article titled “Exploring the Relationship Between Servant Leadership and Job Performance with Mediating Role of Emotional Intelligence and Moderating Role of Grit and Compassion” examines the role of servant leadership, emotional intelligence, grit, and compassion in enhancing job performance.
Research Findings:
- Servant Leadership and Job Performance: A positive and significant relationship was found between servant leadership and job performance.
- Emotional Intelligence: Acts as a mediator between servant leadership and job performance.
- Grit and Compassion: Both serve as moderators, enhancing the impact of servant leadership on job performance.
